Where does the tracking data come from?
From carrier, terminal and visibility feeds that your workspace has connected. Unconnected sources are shown as not connected; DESTIN never presents made-up events.
Can I track air and truck as well as containers?
Yes. Air and truck events normalize into the same shipment timeline as ocean milestones.
Does DESTIN calculate demurrage and detention?
It estimates exposure only from explicit dates and rate rules, and labels it as an estimate. Assessed charges stay separate.
Can customers see tracking?
Invited customer contacts see status for their own shipments in the portal.
Is premium tracking included?
Base tracking is part of the platform. Premium third-party tracking data may be metered under fair-use allowances.
