Core is $699/month for 5 users and 1 office, Growth $1,499/month for 10 users and 2 offices, Pro $2,999/month for 25 users and 5 offices, and Enterprise starts at $4,999/month for 50+ users.
Can we add users without changing plan?
Yes. Additional users are $99 per user per month.
Is there an onboarding fee?
Yes, a one-time onboarding fee: $1,000 for Core, $2,000 for Growth, $3,500 for Pro, and from $7,500 for Enterprise.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Annual billing is targeted at roughly two months free — about 10 months paid for 12 months of service.
Are features sold as separate modules?
No. Core capabilities — quoting, shipments, documents, tracking, customs readiness, warehouse, finance, CRM, portal and DESTIN AI — are included in every plan.
What costs can be extra?
Services with direct third-party cost — premium carrier or terminal tracking, company and contact enrichment, premium trade data, high-volume document processing, SMS, customs transmissions and EDI — may carry fair-use allowances, with overages metered or passed through transparently. Payment processing fees follow the payment partner's terms.
