Real-world evaluation
A controlled set of real, recently completed files exposes workflow gaps much better than a canned demo. Use redacted records where needed, and give each vendor the same starting facts.
Follow quote, booking, HBL/MBL, container milestones, delivery planning and expected margin without manufacturing an exception.
Introduce a missing document and customs-readiness issue, then watch how ownership, urgency and customer communication are handled.
Attach proof of delivery, reconcile final costs, issue the final invoice and confirm the job can close with a trustworthy margin.
