Is DESTIN a drop-in replacement for GoFreight?
Every forwarder's setup is different. The honest answer comes from mapping your current workflows, documents, integrations and reports against DESTIN in a working session, not from a feature list.
Can we migrate our existing data?
Migration scope — customers, parties, rates, open shipments and history — is agreed during onboarding. We recommend starting with open work and master data, then deciding what history needs to move.
How should we run a fair evaluation?
Pick two or three real recent shipments, including one with an exception, and have each vendor run them live. Score usability, completeness and how exceptions surface, using the checklist on this page.
Does DESTIN charge per shipment?
No per-shipment platform fee for normal core operations. Plans are priced by users and offices; paid third-party data such as premium tracking, SMS or customs transmissions may be metered or passed through.
