Demo mode — no sign-in yet. The session in the sidebar is a local demo identity, not an authenticated account: invites send no email, no password is set and nothing is stored on a server. Roles and offices are held per tenant (org_demo_destin) so that when accounts are switched on, each user is read through their organization membership and every query stays scoped to their organization by row-level security. No keys or secrets are used or shown here.
